Boring Couple Sue Google

A husband and wife, wonderfully called the Borings, are suing Google for invasion of privacy because street view includes their house. The couple are asking for $25,000 and the destruction of all images. Mr and Mrs Boring claim the pictures were taken from their drive(wouldn't they have a better case for trespass?).

That didn't take long - the the offending images have now been removed.
