Bird's Eye View

Google have released Bird's Eye view for the Google Maps API. The imagery isn't available yet in the main Google Map's site so you only view it in maps created by map developers using the API.

So, to whet your appetite, here is a small collection of Google Satellite imagery from oblique angles. At the moment Bird's Eye view is only available in San Jose and San Diego in the US. Google will be rolling out further coverage in the coming months.
